Dear friends,

first of all, I hope that you are well and that you are healthy. Because only those who are healthy can be fit for the demands of life. This aspect is of even greater importance today. In addition to daily exercise - I am currently cycling a lot - this includes a healthy balanced diet. I actually had a lot of trips in the 1st quarter, planned for Singapore and Vietnam as well as Tokyo. I have now moved these to the end of the year. Now I cook a lot with my wife and we have produced some short videos that I publish on Instagram. ... is it called. It starts soon. If the messages are correct, this should apply, among other things, to restaurants on 11.05.2020. Restaurants and hotels suffered the most in the Corona crisis. An industry that my heart is known to be attached to.

I would like to ask you to support the restaurants in a special way.

Think of the wonderful moments you had there, the friends you met there, the family celebrations that you celebrated, the hours that you were coddled, the friendliness and solidarity of the staff and hosts and of course the enjoyment You were allowed to experience.
